Sandra D’Souza: From Bias to Equality

An Interview with Australian Author Sandra D’Souza on Her New Amazon Bestseller

Seven Pillars Institute had the opportunity to chat with Sandra D’Souza about her newly published book From Bias to Equality: How Business Leaders Can Drive Innovation, Success and Profitability by Embracing True Gender Balance. The book gives straightforward, practical, and implementable advice on how a company can achieve gender equality in high level management and the boardroom. The second part of the book details interviews with eleven CEOs from a diverse range of industries. The book explores the untapped potential of gender-balanced business environments and provides actionable strategies for their achievement. The inspiration for writing the book came out of the work at Ellect, the company Sandra founded. Ellect rates companies for gender representation at the C-Suite and Board level, using a four star system. So far, the ratings cover ASX, LSE, and NASDAQ listed companies.
